Job description Pay $140,000 - $160,000+ total annual compensation Includes a guaranteed base salary for the first two years, plus uncapped productivity compensation with no cap on earning potential Job Summary Quintana Family Medical is an independently owned, well-established primary care practice serving the Lindenhurst community and surrounding areas for 20+ years. Our clinical approach emphasizes preventive medicine, continuity of care, and long-term health management, with a focus on maintaining patient health and overall well-being. This role is well suited for an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner who values clinical autonomy, continuity of care, and practicing medicine in a thoughtful, patient-centered outpatient setting. We are seeking an experienced clinician to join our outpatient primary care team. This position offers income stability, a collaborative and supportive clinical environment, and the opportunity for long-term professional growth within a physician-led practice. Responsibilities Perform annual physicals and comprehensive patient assessments Provide preventive care, wellness counseling, and chronic disease management Manage acute and chronic conditions in an outpatient setting Develop and implement long-term treatment and prevention plans Order and interpret labs and diagnostic imaging Document care in eClinicalWorks Coordinate care with physicians and community specialists.
