Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) Urology UPMC Williamsport & UPMC Divine Providence UPMC is seeking a Full-Time Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant/PA or Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner/CRNP) to join our Urology team. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide comprehensive urologic care across both outpatient and inpatient settings, balancing clinic-based visits with hospital rounding and consults. This is an excellent opportunity for providers who enjoy variety in their practice, autonomy in clinical decision-making, and working closely with a collaborative surgical specialty team. Schedule & Work-Life Balance Monday-Friday | Approx. 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM 50% outpatient clinic | 50% inpatient rounding/consults 1:4 weekday night call rotation 1:4 weekend call rotation Rotating holiday call coverage Compensation & Incentives Competitive salary based on experience Sign-on bonus available Annual incentive bonus opportunity
