Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking an .85 FTE Family Medicine Physician Assistant (PA)/Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Houston, Minnesota clinic. This is a two-provider clinic opportunity with an experienced team around you including RN, MA, RAD/Lab and patient liaison. The clinic services Houston and surrounding rural south-eastern Minnesota.
