COMPANY OVERVIEW
Phoenix Specialty, Inc. (PSI) is a 100% employee-owned company and is a leading manufacturer's representative and service provider for specialty parts and assemblies in the oil and gas industry. PSI also owns Pro-Flo Sales (PF), a distributor of technical flow-control products.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Warehouse Associate coordinates the organization's inventory through shipping and receiving, bin location management, and order fulfillment for sales orders. The goal is to support product availability while maintaining customer satisfaction, maximizing retention, and increasing profitability. This position requires a proactive attitude, adherence to safe work practices, and compliance with all applicable quality, health, safety, and environmental regulations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Shipping & Receiving Pick, pack, and ship customer orders Stock and shelve inventory in designated locations Schedule ground and LTL shipments Inventory & Organization Organize and track consigned inventory Maintain warehouse appearance and organization Assign and adjust bin locations Monitor and maintain min/max inventory levels Perform monthly cycle counts and weekly spot checks Operations & Support Assist in preparing timely and accurate job reports and required administrative documentation Collaborate with the sales team and share information across the organization Perform occasional local deliveries and transport materials to customers or job site Perform other duties as assigned
CORE COMPETENCIES

TRAINING
High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with no major violations Light equipment operation: forklift, manlift, etc. Familiarity with load securement techniques (straps, chains, binders, etc.) Ability to safely operate a pickup truck with trailer for equipment and material transport Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience preferred
COMPUTER SKILLS
  • Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel, Power Point, & Outlook
  • Familiarity with an ERP system (ECI M1 preferred)
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
It is estimated that travel related to this position will be less than 5%.
