Physician Assistant Surgical Float

Seeking a full-time Surgical Float physician assistant to join a busy practice at Saint John's Health Center in Santa Monica, California. This position would provide support to multiple surgical service lines including Urogynecology, Gynecology Oncology, Hepatobiliary Surgical Oncology, General Surgery, and Thoracic Surgery. This is a great opportunity to join a large, well-respected team. The ideal candidate will have a strong OR skills and robotics experience, as well as experience with inpatient surgical patient management.

Position Details:

Full-time position Monday to Friday schedule with optional extra shifts No call requirements Responsibilities include OR first assist, inpatient rounds on post-op patients, and occasionally clinic support

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation is between $168,094 and $230,804 per year Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible PTO accrual CME allowance and time off Health, vision, dental insurance options Retirement plan with match Malpractice coverage The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.

Qualifications & Requirements:
