We are a growing, physician-owned medical group expanding in Duncanville, TX, seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team, part-time, in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. This role will be

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive medical care to SNF patients, including assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning Manage patients with orthopedic rehab needs, post-stroke care, and chronic pain conditions Ensure accurate and timely documentation in EMR Weekends only: Available to be onsite

Saturday and Sunday Required Qualifications:

Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant license in Texas Active DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to start) Minimum 1 year of internal medicine experience as an APP Experience managing adult/geriatric patient populations Strong clinical decision-making and time management skills Comfortable working independently in an SNF setting

Preferred Experience:

Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or post-acute care experience Background in internal medicine and/or geriatrics Experience with orthopedic, stroke, or pain management patients

Schedule & Setting:

Weekends Only! Saturday and Sunday No nights "Round and go" model for strong work-life balance Skilled Nursing Facility setting

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting while working with patients as well as working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. May be exposed to bloodborne pathogens, physical hazards (e.g., needle pricks, etc.) and chemical hazards. Must wear the required PPE per company and/or facility requirements. Must comply with facility vaccination requirements. $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
