Required Skills:

Board Certification in Cardiology Active State Medical License (IMLC or WV temporary license accepted)

DEA Certification Certifications:

BLS, ACLS, TEE

Proficiency in performing and interpreting nuclear medicine stress tests, exercise stress tests, EKGs, Echoes, and TEE Excellent clinical judgment and patient management skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Nice to

Have Skills:

Experience with Cerner EMR system Prior work in a general cardiology departmental setting Ability to handle complex cases and work efficiently under pressure

Preferred Education and Experience:

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Minimum of 3 years of cardiology practice experience Prior hospital-based practice preferred

Other Requirements:

Ability to perform 4-5 consults daily in a busy clinic environment Willing to support extended full-time coverage or 2-3 weeks per month as needed Flexibility to work clinic hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM with 24/7 call coverage Must support a patient population mostly 50 years and older This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $300.30, along with comprehensive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, medical coverage, paid sick leave, licensure, certification, travel reimbursements (when applicable), and an engaging referral bonus program.
