We are seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join a high-volume, mission-driven outpatient clinic in Los Angeles. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who values continuity of care, building lasting patient relationships, and serving a diverse community in a collaborative practice environment. Open to both new graduates and experienced physicians. Compensation $285,000•335,000 based on experience Potential sign-on bonus Schedule & Work-Life Balance Monday-Friday schedule Two Saturdays per month Weekday off provided during any week a Saturday is worked Dedicated admin day every other week (non-patient facing)

Clinic Hours Monday-Friday:

8:30 AM•5:00

PM Saturdays:

7:00 AM•3:30 PM Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients across the lifespan Perform physical exams, evaluations, and preventive care visits Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR Coordinate care with clinical teams and support staff Supervise up to four NP/PAs with clinical collaboration and oversight Serve as a trusted provider for patients and families Qualifications MD or DO Completion of Family Medicine residency Board Certified or Board Eligible Active California license or ability to obtain Spanish bilingual preferred Interested?
