We are actively recruiting for a skilled physician to join our dedicated team in a full-time hospital-employed position. This opportunity is tailored for Board-Certified or Board-Eligible professionals, encompassing both seasoned practitioners and newly trained fellows, committed to advancing endocrine healthcare.
Position Details:
Position Type:
Full-time, ensuring stability and professional growth in a hospital-employed capacity.
Collaborative Team:
Join a well-established team consisting of one Endocrinologist and three Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Strategic Location:
The office is conveniently located on the main hospital campus, facilitating seamless coordination between inpatient and outpatient care.
Comprehensive Diabetes Care:
Benefit from the proximity of Diabetes Education services within the same clinic space, enhancing the comprehensive care provided to patients.
Flexible Work Schedules:
Open to 4 or 5-day work week schedules, promoting work-life balance for practitioners.
Advanced Equipment:
Utilize state-of-the-art equipment, including A1C machines and an ultrasound machine for Fine Needle Aspirations performed in the office, ensuring precision and efficiency.
Job Environment:
Smart Room Technology:
Leverage EPIC Smart Rooms for enhanced patient care, record-keeping, and streamlined workflow.
Academic Interaction:
Engage with Family Medicine Residents and Medical Students on-site, contributing to a vibrant academic environment.
Qualifications:
Board Certification:
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Endocrinology or Diabetology, demonstrating proficiency in specialized care.
Experience:
Open to both newly trained fellows and experienced practitioners, fostering a diverse and collaborative practice.
Licensure:
Possess an Indiana Medical License, ensuring adherence to state regulations.
Certifications:
Maintain
BLS/ACLS
certifications, prioritizing patient safety during medical procedures.
