PRACTICE SPECIFICS

Ideal Candidate:

We seek a dedicated team player who aims to build a robust practice while maintaining work-life balance. Experience with procedures, especially IUDs and Nexplanon, is a plus!

Clinic Atmosphere:

Experience the "small clinic" feel with 2 MDs and 3 APPs, expanding to include 2 more MDs. Enjoy a diverse patient mix of young/old and urban/rural backgrounds.

Work Schedule:

Anticipated weekly schedule is Monday to Friday, with clinic hours from 7 AM to 5 PM. Providers' schedules vary, with a 1.0 FTE equivalent of 36 patient contact hours.

Technology:

Utilize EPIC medical records with DAX Ai for efficient patient management. ZERO Call! In an effort to maintain work-life balance for our providers, Essentia has implemented a ZERO Call model. All after hours call (not including OB, hospital and

SUD/MOUD

call) is covered by a separate call team.

Proctor, MN Service area: Proctor/Duluth, MN Area population: 85,000+ COMPENSATION $308,000. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
