DETAILS

• Primary location will be Canby, MN with responsibilities in Clear Lake, SD
• Currently 2 FM and 3 APPs on staff
• Attached to a 25-bed critical access hospital
• Call is 1 weekend/month and 1 night during the week
• Surgery outreach and other subspecialties
• Saturday clinic 9-12pm
• on call provider covers this
• Average of 80 ER visits/month
• Nursing home onsite/connected to the hospital
• Assisted living apartments are also onsite
• The ED is a Level 4 trauma center
