Seeking a BC/BE Geriatric Medicine Physician who is intrinsically motivated to provide excellent care to older adults in the Queens, NY area.

Position Highlights:

Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required

Preferred Qualifications:

Fellowship training in Geriatrics Experience practicing medicine among Geriatric populations Experience operating in a Value-Based Healthcare Model Experience in outpatient primary care settings Highly qualified candidates may also be considered for a Center Medical Director position Deliver higher quality health and wellness care that improves outcomes, manages medical costs and provides an unmatched experience for adults on Medicare in medically underserved communities
