We are actively seeking a dedicated Geriatrics Physician for a 60-day assignment with our client in Nevada, commencing Jul 13, 2026. This vital role operates on a Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM schedule, emphasizing comprehensive geriatric patient care, effective charting, and the application of preventative medicine to minimize hospital admissions. Responsibilities and Duties Provide patient-centered geriatric care, dedicating appropriate time to each individual. Ensure accurate and compliant coding and charting practices. Maintain organized patient records and leverage technology efficiently. Apply expertise in geriatrics and preventative medicine to patient management. Actively work to keep the patient panel out of the hospital, focusing on in-house care. Manage a diverse geriatric patient panel, categorizing cases as high risk (15-20%), emerging risk (10-20%), and low risk (70-80%). Additional Information Board Certification required in Family Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, or Internal Medicine. Experience with eClinicalWorks EMR. Must be tech-savvy and organized. Proven experience in geriatrics and preventative medicine.
