ASAP About the Position Neonatologist - Permanente Position in
Henderson, Nevada Location:
3001 Saint Rose Parkway, Henderson, NV 89052 Dignity Health - St. Rose Dominican Hospitals is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neonatologist to join our dedicated team providing exceptional neonatal care in a state-of-the-art Level II and Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive, high-quality clinical care to neonates in a 26-bed Level
III NICU
at the Siena Campus and a 6-bed Level II NICU at the San Martin Campus. Utilize advanced neonatal technology, including body cooling, jet ventilation, oscillators, and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO), to optimize patient outcomes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including pediatric subspecialists such as pediatric surgeons, maternal-fetal medicine specialists, and OB hospitalists, to ensure seamless and holistic patient care. Participate actively in clinical teaching, mentoring residents and fellows, and lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical protocols and patient safety. Engage with nursing staff and ancillary personnel to foster a collaborative, supportive clinical environment. Contribute to a flexible scheduling model designed to promote work-life balance and staff well-being. Qualifications and Requirements M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school. Board Certification or Eligibility in Neonatology. Current Nevada medical licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in Nevada. Residency or in-state work experience preferred. Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
