New Behavioral Health Facility:

Join a forward-thinking organization that has announced plans to build a state-of-the-art, 144-bed behavioral health facility, scheduled to open in the spring of 2025. The facility will include 24 inpatient beds dedicated to addressing the mental health needs of children and adolescents.

Responsibilities:

Bring your proven administrative and leadership experience to effectively inspire, manage, mentor, and develop faculty and staff within the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Division.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

8 years of experience in the psychiatry field, showcasing your depth of knowledge and expertise. Appropriate qualifications for an Associate Professor of Psychiatry or a higher academic rank, highlighting your commitment to academic excellence. Experience working in an academic healthcare setting, fostering an environment of continuous learning and innovation. Clinical research background is preferred, emphasizing a commitment to advancing mental health through research initiatives.
