Locum Tenens Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Assistant Opportunity Near Cameron, AZ We are seeking a skilled Physician Assistant specializing in Cardiothoracic Surgery for a locum tenens position near Cameron, AZ. 10-15 CVICU/step-down patients per day, plus 1-2 surgeries

Skills:

Recent experience in Cardiothoracic Surgery Proficiency in Endoscopic Vein Harvesting (EVH)

Certification and Licensing Requirements Board Certification:

Required Licensing:

Must be licensed or eligible for licensing as a Physician Assistant in the state of

Arizona DEA:

Required Certifications:

ACLS and BLS (American Heart Association) required

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years in Cardiothoracic Surgery with EVH experience

Education:

Physician Assistant:

Graduate from a program approved by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)

Or:

Masters Degree in Nursing with appropriate certifications

Advanced Practice Nurses:

Completion of an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Program and an RN/NP First Assistant Program with an unrestricted Arizona APRN license Why This Opportunity?
