Picker/Packer

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are accurately packed and prepared for shipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position is essential in maintaining our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Accurately pack products according to specifications and quality standards. Inspect items for defects or damages before packing. Label packages clearly and correctly for shipping. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Report any issues or discrepancies in packing materials or products to supervisor. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while handling products. Qualifications Previous experience in a packing or warehouse role is preferred but not required. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in packing processes. Good communication skills to report issues or collaborate with colleagues. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift packages as needed. This position is vital for maintaining smooth warehouse operations and ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately and promptly. Pay:

$16.50 - $19.00 per hour
