Picker/Packer

Based in Lebanon, PA, Audrey's LLC is a leader in the home and decorative accessories business and has been serving customers for over 40 years. Audrey's is part of Grace Management Group, a privately held group of gift, fragrance and accessories companies based in Spartanburg, SC. We hire fun, friendly people and are currently looking to fill a Picker/Packer position in our Shipping and Receiving department.

Job Summary:

Full-time position entry level position Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm with overtime during peak seasons. This position provides support to various warehouse personnel and departments.

Job Skills Required:

• Strong communication skills
• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
• Ability to think ahead to what might be needed in the future & handle unexpected problems as they arise.
• Maintain positive attitude reflecting the values of Audrey's stated culture with employees, peers & public.
• Highly Organized, Detail Oriented and Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to learn how to run an electric order picker
• Self-motivated and a successful team player.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, bend and twist during shift hours. Employee must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with an occasional up to 70lbs

Job Duties:

• Loading cartons in trailer for shipping
• Moving and restocking products
• Ensure timely support, service, and communication to all employees.
• Picking orders in an efficient and accurate manner
• Contribute improvement ideas or future needs to Warehouse Manager or Lead.
• All other duties assigned.
