Pilates Instructor

Job Summary We are a new pilates studio with state of the art equipment in Delray Beach, seeking a passionate and dedicated Pilates Instructor to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pilates and a commitment to helping clients achieve their fitness goals through effective instruction and motivation. As a Pilates Instructor, you will lead classes, educate participants on proper techniques, and create an inclusive environment that promotes health and wellness. Responsibilities Conduct engaging and safe Pilates classes for individuals of varying skill levels. Educate clients on proper body mechanics and alignment to enhance their practice. Provide personalized modifications and adjustments to accommodate different fitness levels. Maintain a clean and organized studio environment. Promote fitness programs and services, contributing to overall fitness sales. Collaborate with other fitness professionals to enhance the overall client experience. Stay updated on the latest trends in Pilates, anatomy, and physiology to provide informed instruction. Skills Proficient in Pilates techniques with a solid understanding of body mechanics. Knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to movement and exercise. Experience in personal training or group fitness instruction is preferred. Familiarity with CrossFit or cycling is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and motivate clients effectively. Ability to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages participation and growth.
