You will lead engaging Pilates classes that promote strength, flexibility, and overall well-being for a diverse range of clients. Your expertise will inspire participants to achieve their fitness goals while ensuring a safe, motivating, and enjoyable environment That grows the community at RÓS Pilates & Wellness. At RÓS Pilates we offer Matt Pilates, reformer, personal training, massage therapy & barre! This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to share your love for movement and health with others, helping them transform their bodies and minds through expertly guided sessions. Responsibilities Design and deliver high-quality Pilates classes tailored to various skill levels and individual needs Demonstrate proper technique and body mechanics to ensure safe practice and prevent injury Motivate participants by providing clear instructions, encouragement, and personalized feedback Incorporate knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics to optimize workout effectiveness Adapt programs for group fitness settings, ensuring inclusivity and engagement for all attendees Maintain a clean, organized studio environment adhering to health and safety standards Stay current with industry trends in Pilates, fitness training, and related disciplines such as yoga, dance, or CrossFit to enhance class offerings Experience Proven experience as a Pilates Instructor or in a similar group fitness teaching role Strong understanding of human physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics relevant to movement training Certification in Pilates instruction from a recognized organization; additional certifications in yoga, dance, or sports coaching are a plus Knowledge of fitness programming including program design tailored to different populations and goals Experience working in health clubs or gym environments with diverse client bases Familiarity with fitness sales techniques to promote memberships or personal training packages is advantageous Prior involvement in disciplines such as cycling, dancing, or CrossFit can enhance your versatility as an instructor Join us to empower individuals through movement!
