In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling check-ins for tours, managing reservations, and conducting retail sales, all while ensuring our guests have a delightful experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Warmly welcome all guests and provide outstanding customer service throughout their visit Efficiently manage reservations Drive retail sales by showcasing our unique pineapple-themed products Maintain a fun and pleasant atmosphere for guests and team members alike Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Strong commitment to excellent customer service Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail Friendly demeanor, reliability, and excellent communication skills Genuine passion for pineapples and sharing knowledge about them Flexibility to work weekends and holidays Both full-time and part-time positions available
