Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pipe Foreman Operator to lead and oversee pipeline construction projects with enthusiasm and precision. In this role, you will coordinate heavy equipment operations, supervise construction crews, and ensure that all pipeline installation activities meet safety standards, quality specifications, and project deadlines. Your expertise in construction management, technical skills, and leadership will drive the successful execution of complex pipeline projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging infrastructure projects while fostering a safety-first environment and promoting teamwork. Duties Supervise and direct the operation of pipe-laying machinery, including pipe jacks, trenchers, and other heavy equipment to ensure efficient pipeline installation Coordinate daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 and Construction management software Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to guide installation processes accurately Monitor quality control measures to ensure compliance with safety regulations such as OSHA standards and project specifications Manage site safety protocols, conduct regular safety inspections, and enforce OSHA regulations to maintain a secure work environment Collaborate with project managers on budgeting, resource allocation, and contract management using tools like ProCore and HeavyBid Supervise construction crews, providing guidance on technical tasks such as schematics reading, ohmmeter testing for electrical components, and pipe fitting techniques Ensure proper documentation of work progress through Bluebeam or similar digital tools, maintaining detailed records of daily activities and inspections Skills Extensive experience in construction site management with a focus on pipeline projects Strong supervisory skills with proven ability to lead diverse teams effectively Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera, HeavyBid, and related tools Knowledge of contracts administration and construction estimating processes Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction planning Familiarity with project scheduling techniques and managing budgets within construction projects Ability to operate heavy machinery safely using tools like ohmmeters for electrical testing Excellent understanding of OSHA safety standards and quality control procedures in construction environments Strong communication skills for coordinating with contractors, clients, and team members Join us to be part of a forward-thinking team dedicated to building vital infrastructure while advancing your career in a fast-paced environment.
