Located in the vibrant town of Blythewood, SC, this is an outstanding opportunity to give to a company that values innovation, safety, and efficiency Key Responsibilities Fabrication & Welding Perform Butt and Socket Welds in carbon and stainless steel. Fabricate pipe spools, structural frames, and holding tanks. Produce strong, clean, quality welds using GMAW and GTAW techniques. Use cutting torch, saw, and other welding tools/machines proficiently. Hand or machine thread pipe ranging from ½" to 2". Conduct and detail daily in-process fabrication surveillances. Perform and detail hydrotest verification. Complete final welding, mechanical, and dimensional inspections. Verify CMTR and material attributes meet ASME Section II requirements. Read and interpret 3D and 2D dimensional drawings to determine pipe routing, layout for cuts, and equipment placement. Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes. Assemble and implement hydrotest packages. Use computer systems to track production and business-related activities. Participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives. Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed. Collaborate actively with colleagues to achieve team goals. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Experience High school diploma or equivalent experience. 2+ years of welding experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Experience with ASME standards in piping, boiler, or vessel fabrication/maintenance/construction. Ability to pass ASME 6G/X-ray certification. 2" Sch
