• Part-time, Full-time Job Summary We are seeking passionate and skilled Pizza Cooks to join our team!

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing pizzas, focaccia, bruschetta and other Italian favorites. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your food preparation skills in a winery customer-focused environment. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards Handle food preparation tasks such as dough stretching, topping assembly, and ingredient portioning Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times Assist with menu planning to ensure a diverse and appealing pizza selection Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and order from vendors for restocking Collaborate with team members to deliver prompt, friendly service during busy hours Experience Previous pizza making experience working with a pizza oven that can cook with gas or wood in a restaurant or food industry setting, particularly with pizza or similar cuisine Clinary skills including, food preparation, menu costing, ordering and menu development. Experience with catering services enhances your ability to deliver high-quality dishes Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us and bring your culinary passion to life!
