While experience matters, we are forever a teaching kitchen and value curiosity, humility, and a desire to grow just as much as technical skill. This role will be baking pastries & bread for our new sister business right down the road called Lucky Duck. Lucky Duck is a culinary focused retail store, cafe, and stay. We will be serving coffee, pastries and bread in the morning, alongside a small selection of refrigerated snacks. Employed by Hayward, you will also support the pastry, pasta and bread program of Hayward as needed.
