At Adriano's Pizzeria, we make authentic Neapolitan pizza using ingredients imported directly from Italy and cook everything in a real Italian-built oven. This is not frozen dough and conveyor belts — this is true artisan pizza. We're looking for someone who: Takes pride in consistency and cleanliness Wants to learn the craft, not just punch a clock Shows up organized and ready every shift Cares about the quality coming out of the oven Duties Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled with food safety in mind Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and knives Assist with menu planning by suggesting new pizza flavors and toppings based on customer preferences and trends Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to health regulations Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence Support the team during busy hours by assisting with food prep, plating, and serving as needed Experience Previous experience working in a food industry setting, particularly in pizza or restaurant kitchens Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food handling, cooking techniques, and meal preparation Experience with dietary department standards or dietary aide roles is a plus Familiarity with fine dining or catering environments enhances your ability to deliver exceptional service Demonstrated knife skills and proficiency in food safety practices are essential Background in menu planning or food service management is advantageous Prior kitchen experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is highly valued

What You'll Get:

Starting pay of $15

• 16/hr Early pay increases as you grow into the role Early close times — typically done by 8 or 9 PM A clean, organized kitchen where standards matter Hands-on experience with authentic Italian ingredients and equipment most pizza shops never get to use

Reliable, consistent, and detail-oriented Able to lift 25-50 lbs Kitchen experience is a plus, but we will train the right person Someone who wants to grow with us, not just collect a paycheck We're not the chain down the street. We're Adriano's.
