This is a solo kitchen position , so applicants must be comfortable working independently while staying clean, organized, and reliable throughout service. This is not a beginner pizza position. Previous pizza stretching and pizza oven experience is required. In addition to pizza, you will also be responsible for preparing and cooking other menu items including: Smash burgers Fresh cut fries Wings Salads Appetizers Schedule Wednesday•

11:30 AM•8:00 PM Pay Starting at $20/hour Pay will be re-evaluated based on performance, reliability, consistency, and overall kitchen management Responsibilities Hand stretch and prepare pizzas during service Manage brick oven during service Cook and prepare all menu items consistently Food prep before service Maintain a clean and organized kitchen Keep station stocked and organized Closing and cleaning duties Requirements Pizza making experience

REQUIRED
