Responsibilities Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards Assist with menu planning and ingredient selection to ensure freshness and variety Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other culinary tools Support meal preparation for dine-in or catering services as needed Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours Follow all health and safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety compliance Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or culinary roles within restaurants or catering environments Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures Experience with menu planning and food presentation in fine dining or casual restaurant settings Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with food industry best practices, including catering, serving, and kitchen operations Prior dietary department or dietary aide experience is a plus for understanding special dietary needs This position offers an engaging opportunity for culinary professionals eager to refine their skills while contributing to a dynamic dining establishment.
