Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders in a fast-paced environment Operate POS systems transactions accurately Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with precision Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and supporting food handling protocols Support food preparation activities when needed, including basic pizza assembly or ingredient replenishment Ensure food safety standards are met by following proper sanitation procedures and food handling guidelines Skills Proven experience in food service, cashiering, or retail environments, preferably in quick service or fast food restaurants Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales calculations, and register balancing Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Previous kitchen or culinary experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for the food industry is essential This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in the food industry while providing outstanding service.
