Schedule:

Must be willing and able to work day or swing shift | Monday-Thursday, Fridays as needed Day Shift

AM Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Inspect and sort finished lumber as it moves down the conveyor

• identify correct grade and length and stack accordingly (most stacking is completed automatically).

Paper-wrap dry lumber units to protect against the elements and ensure product quality during shipping and storage. Perform general cleanup duties around the production area, ensuring the workspace is clean and maintained for safety and efficiency. Collaborate with your team to meet daily production goals and ensure smooth operations. Must be able to work any shift (day or swing) as needed in the department. Must be able to work overtime as demand is market-driven. Demonstrate strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks.

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods of time. Repetitive tasks requiring a high level of focus and attention to detail. Capable of working in a physically demanding environment with moving parts, industrial equipment, wood materials, and residuals.
