Here's what it takes to succeed with us. 3+ years of experience in planning, scheduling, or operations within an industrial, manufacturing, or production environment Strong understanding of production processes, maintenance workflows, or supply chain coordination Proficiency in scheduling and

ERP/CMMS

systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or similar) Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with maintenance planning and reliability programs Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies Technical background or familiarity with industrial equipment and processes

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and optimize production and/or maintenance schedules to meet operational demands and customer deadlines Coordinate with operations, maintenance, procurement, and leadership teams to align scheduling priorities Plan labor, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient execution of work Monitor schedule progress and adjust plans as needed to address delays, downtime, or resource constraints Analyze workflow, capacity, and production data to improve scheduling efficiency and reduce bottlenecks Ensure all work orders, job plans, and materials are prepared and available prior to scheduled work Communicate schedule changes and updates clearly across departments Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning, scheduling, and operational performance Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and system data related to scheduling activities Why This Role?
