We are seeking a dedicated Plant Clean-Up team members to keep our facility running efficiently.

Position Details:

Location:

Sumterville, FL.

Pay Rate:

$17.00 per hour

Schedule:

Full-time, 6 days a week (Monday

• Saturday)

Hours:

12-hour shifts (4:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 4:00 PM to 4:00 AM)

Flexibility:

Must be available to work either day or night shifts, including mandatory overtime and Sundays as required. As a Plant Clean-up team member, you will ensure the overall cleanliness and efficiency of the plant. This role involves a variety of manual tasks and requires working in pairs, alternating between different stations throughout your shift.

Responsibilities:

• Sort, move, and repair wood pallets using hammers and hand tools.
• Stack tiles (up to 33 lbs.) quickly and accurately onto pallets.
• Inspect tiles and pallets to ensure they meet company standards.
• Assist with cleaning, organizing, and minor facility upkeep like painting or landscaping.
• Monitor the production line to clear gaps and manage mold flow. ... Working hours: 4:00 AM

Skills:

• Ability to read/write legibly and comprehend general instructions.
• General mechanical ability to use tools and keep equipment in safe working condition.

Education:

High School Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for 12+ hours in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Strict adherence to Lockout/Tagout procedures and PPE requirements, including steel toes and a back brace.
• Proven track record of being on time for all scheduled shifts.
• Ability to count accurately and follow verbal or written instructions.
• Must be punctual, clocking in and out for all scheduled shifts and rest periods.
• Facility is an indoor, non-climate-controlled environment that can be loud and dusty.

Background Check:

Ability to pass a 7-year background check with no felonies or misdemeanors.

Drug Screen:

Must pass a drug screen, which includes testing for THC.
