Plant Health Care Technician

Duties Conduct inspections of plants, lawns, and landscaped areas to identify pests, diseases, and nutritional deficiencies Apply pest control treatments safely and effectively using appropriate equipment and techniques Perform lawn and plant care services, including fertilization, aeration, overseeding, and weed control Assist with farming activities such as planting, irrigation setup, crop monitoring, and harvesting support Operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment to carry out maintenance tasks Drive company vehicles to different job sites while adhering to safety protocols Support landscaping projects by planting trees, shrubs, and flowers; trimming and pruning as needed Maintain detailed records of treatments applied, site conditions, and service reports Requirements Prior experience or knowledge in sales related to plant health products or services is a plus Familiarity with pest control methods in tree and lawn care techniques Background in trees, agriculture, or landscaping preferred Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment safely Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for vehicle operation between job sites Strong physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively Join us to make a tangible difference in outdoor environments while advancing your skills in plant health care! $25.99 - $40.00 per hour
