Position Overview:

Do you thrive in fast paced manufacturing environments and know how to lead teams, drive performance, and keep operations running efficiently? We're hiring an experienced Plant Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple production lines!

Job Responsibilities:

Lead production teams and ensure products meet all quality specifications Communicate daily production goals and monitor line performance Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, efficiency, and training Oversee labor management, attendance, scheduling coordination, and time off approvals Maintain inventory levels in partnership with scheduling and purchasing teams Enforce GMP, safety, and quality standards across the facility Ensure all production and safety documentation is completed accurately Troubleshoot operational and equipment related issues Foster strong working relationships with supervisors, union employees, and upper management Utilize ERP systems and support manufacturing operations across multiple production lines

Shift:

Full-time (Monday - Friday)

Job Requirements:

5-7 years of manufacturing management experience Experience managing 30+ employees in a fast paced production environment Union manufacturing experience preferred Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel ERP system experience required Bilingual preferred Must be able to work overtime as needed Drug test and medical physical Contact Our Pennsauken Office at 856-662-2727 #
