RESPONSIBILITIES

Champion Safety Drive a proactive safety culture throughout the plant Ensure all policies and procedures are followed Participate in investigations and lead corrective action efforts Guide Operational Excellence Provide strategic oversight for daily production and long-term performance Monitor KPIs to ensure fiscal responsibility and operational efficiency Support optimization and continuous improvement initiatives Understand market direction, customer needs, and competitive factors Develop People & Culture Build a positive, respectful, people-centered workplace Coach supervisors and managers to achieve strong performance Promote teamwork, collaboration, and open communication Conduct ongoing performance conversations to support growth Drive Plant Administration & Results Manage budgets, labor costs, and cost‑saving initiatives Oversee inventory, reporting, and capital expenditures Ensure resources, tools, and training are available for employees

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & STRENGTHS
