Large Automotive stamping company located in Detroit Michigan is looking for a Plant Manager

This position manages all employees in the plant and is responsible for their performance management, with input from other functional leaders, on an annual basis.
Coordinate plant activities, planning with departmental managers to insure the manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Plan and monitor both short and long-term budgets to ensure the plant meets the sites financial commitments.
Establish and monitor overall plant performance for production and quality standards.
Maintain existing plant facilities and equipment; replace, or make adjustments to plant facilities and equipment when necessary.
Plant P&L Responsibility

10 Years working in a plant manufacturing environment
3+ years working as a Plant Manager
Must have experience working in a metals or steel manufacturing facility (machining, stamping, welding)
Lean Manufacturing Principles, 5-S, Kanban, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis
