We are conducting a confidential search for a Plant Manager with a company that is a global supplier of advanced technology components to the automotive, aerospace, and medical markets. This is a direct-hire position and it is based around Philipsburg, PA. This Sr

• level position will partner with the leadership team in translating business strategy into action that drives business results for this key location.

Responsibilities will include:

• Participate as lead staff member responsible for operation and performance of entire operation
• Lead multi-disciplined plant team in meeting monthly forecasts and appropriate business metric
• Develop strategic manufacturing direction and planning for 1-3 year planning horizon
• Direct preparation of operational budgets and coordinates capital plans, appropriation requests, and project follow up
• Accountable for leading manufacturing, environment, health & safety, engineering, quality, human resources, and finance to achieve business objectives
• Implement quarter-over-quarter improvement strategies
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the manufacturing process
• Analyze and implement process flow, inventory and velocity improvements This is a high-profile position, offering an excellent opportunity for continued advancement. Candidates should possess the following qualifications:
• Bachelors degree preferred
• 3+ years experience as a Plant Manager and/or Operations Manager
• Metals-related manufacturing process experience is a plus
• Previous P&L experience is preferred
• Strong communication skills
