Job Overview The Field Technician will be responsible for improving or maintaining the aesthetics of each client's property.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Diagnose insect, disease, and fertility issues on a wide variety of trees and shrubs Perform applications to improve and maintain the health of plant material using both pesticides and organic materials Adhere to best Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices Communicate needs of trees and shrubs on specific properties to Division Manager and/or Account Managers Routine care and regular calibration of spray truck equipment to ensure accurate applications Be adept at following EPA labels and correctly mixing spray tanks for necessary applications each day Enter in detailed notes regarding each application including record of material usage into handheld device Assist with ornamental tree pruning when needed Follow a route to efficiently visit multiple properties each day and effectively complete tasks at each property

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Position Range:
