Plastic Surgery Sales Consultant/Manager

Prestigious plastic surgery corporation seeks experienced Plastic Surgery Sales Consultant or Manager (depending on experience) to join growing team as a liaison between the office and prospective patients. He/She/They will provide patients with information about the doctors, company, products, and surgical and non-surgical procedures. Candidate is responsible for consulting with surgical and non-surgical patients, providing education on procedures and treatment plans, scheduling surgeries, and collecting payment. Candidate will also assist with financing, transportation, post-surgical recovery options, and various special needs that may arise. All candidates must have previous experience in aesthetic medicine, most ideally as a patient coordinator, patient consultant, or surgery consultant in a plastic surgery or dermatology practice. Related marketing, sales, consulting experience in luxury consumer products or cosmetics industry is a plus. Candidate should be an efficient self-starter, with excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Ideal candidate must also possess analytical/critical thinking and effective listening skills. Professionalism and maturity in speech and demeanor is required. This extroverted candidate should be compassionate, empathetic, and detail-oriented. Candidate must work well in team settings, have the ability to multi-task with overlapping deadlines, and have exceptional problem solving skills. The ability to speak a second language is also plus. Must have a great attitude and be presentable in appearance.
