Job Description

PLC Programmer Introduction:
As a PLC Programmer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining industrial controls and manufacturing systems within a regulated environment. This is a senior and hands-on role that requires a strong background in controls engineering, PLC programming, and OT integration.
Responsibilities:
Utilize your 10+ years of experience in industrial automation to design and implement PLC programs. Develop PLC programs using Siemens / TIA Portal or Allen-Bradley platforms. Create and maintain
SCADA / HMI
systems with platforms such as WinCC, Wonderware, FactoryTalk, Ignition, etc. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with controls engineering and manufacturing systems. Work in manufacturing or Life Sciences / GxP-regulated environments, with exposure to GAMP 5 standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of OT systems. Provide onsite support in the northern MA area a few days per week.
Requirements:
Required Skills:
Strong background in industrial controls and manufacturing systems within a regulated environment. Experience with PLC programming, preferably in Siemens / TIA Portal or Allen-Bradley. Hands-on troubleshooting and controls engineering experience. Experience working in GxP-regulated environments, ideally with GAMP 5 exposure.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with
SCADA / HMI
systems such as WinCC, Wonderware, FactoryTalk, Ignition, etc. Knowledge of modern OT integration practices. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
