Pay:

$30.00/hr during 30-day probation; $35.00/hr after probation. Clear path to $40.00/hr based on skills, performance, and revenue targets. Awesome commission & bonuses: 10% commission on weekly revenue above $8,000.

Water-damage referral bonus:

$500 (insurance claim) / $250 (out-of-pocket). Performance, upsell, company incentive bonuses and weekend/callout differentials. Weekly pay. Take-home company van + gas card (work fuel only). 7 paid holidays (after probation). 10 days PTO after 120 days. Strong emphasis on work-life balance — M-F, 8-5pm

Key Responsibilities & Expectations Provide excellent residential plumbing service with a customer-first mindset.

Typical service calls:

drain cleaning (machines and hydro-jet where required), water heater repair/installation (tank and tankless), repipes and repairs, toilet installs, water filtration systems, and standard residential installs/repairs. Perform jobs independently and professionally on day 1; able to diagnose, repair, and complete service calls end-to-end.

Demonstrate strong sales aptitude:

present options, upsell appropriate products (filters, water heaters, maintenance), and close with confidence and integrity. Communicate clearly and kindly with homeowners; build trust and long-term relationships.

Follow company protocols:

boot covers, no parking in driveways when requested, no smoking in vans or on customer property. Own the outcome — take responsibility for quality, callbacks, and follow-through. Participate in company mentoring, training, and performance reviews. Must-Haves / Ideal Background 2+ years residential plumbing experience. Comfortable working independently in homeowner settings. Strong communicator; enjoys talking with and educating homeowners. Coachable, accountable, and eager to improve. Sales-oriented performer who meets or exceeds revenue goals. Day-in-the-Life Start in the company van, check schedule with dispatcher, arrive at 8:00 or scheduled time. Complete diagnostics and perform repairs/installs, present options to customers, close upsells where appropriate. Document job, request reviews from customers (we ask every customer — include this in the interview), and move to next job. Normal schedule provides consistent 40 hours; overtime and emergency work available for additional pay. What Success Looks Like Reliable, high-quality work with minimal callbacks.
