Requirments:

IL plumber license. Spanish fluent and English fluent. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment on various construction sites. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts. Perform welding and pipe fitting tasks to connect pipes securely while adhering to safety standards. Conduct remodeling and remodeling-related plumbing work to upgrade or modify existing systems. Use basic math skills to measure, cut, and assemble pipes and fixtures precisely. Lift heavy materials safely during installation and perform routine inspections of plumbing systems for leaks or malfunctions. Experience Proven experience in construction plumbing within commercial or residential environments. Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and ability to operate heavy machinery safely. Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and mechanical diagrams for accurate installation. Knowledge of welding techniques, pipe threading, and the use of hand tools and power tools required for plumbing tasks. Basic understanding of HVAC systems, carpentry, handyman repairs, and remodeling projects is a plus. Valid driver's license with experience in commercial driving preferred for site access or material transport. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
