The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, responsible, and customer-focused individual to join our plumbing crew. We equip you with all the tools for success, including a company truck, truck stock, tablet, training, and specialty equipment (please note: you'll be responsible for providing your own hand/standard power tools). Our primary objective is customer satisfaction, and we expect all work to be executed thoroughly and with the utmost cleanliness.

Minimum Qualifications:

2 years of experience as a technician in residential service plumbing is

REQUIRED.

Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing common residential and commercial plumbing issues, including conventional water heaters, tankless heaters, sewer lines, water lines, toilets, faucets, shower valves, stopped drains, and more.

Ability to speak with customers:

explaining the issue in an educational and professional manner; providing solutions to meet their needs and budget; answering any questions they have; and gaining their confidence in you and Superior. Valid driver's license with a good driving record (subject to pre-hire check). Ability to pass a background check & drug test.
