Hunt's partner plumbing company is seeking an Administrative Manager to join their team. The right candidate would have strong organizational and leadership skills, be comfortable making decisions and enforcing processes, and be detail-oriented, but able to see the big picture. Experience with Home Services is Preferred. This role is not a good fit for those who avoid conflict or accountability, prefer to be micro-managed, or struggle in a fast-paced environment. Compensation:
$23 - $26 hourly
Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and workflow Oversee CSR duties: scheduling, call handling, booking quality, and customer communication Coordinate technician schedules, dispatch, and job flow Handle invoicing, job close-out, and follow-ups Maintain organization of paperwork, permits, and job records Handle Payroll Communicate clearly with ownership on issues, trends, and improvements
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and leadership skills Comfortable making decisions and enforcing processes Excellent communication (phone, text, email) Ability to manage multiple priorities without panic Detail-oriented Experience in home services (plumbing, HVAC, electrical) preferred Experience with dispatching, scheduling, or office management strongly preferred About Company G.L.
