Plumbing and HVAC Sales Service Estimator

Position Overview:

We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Residential HVAC and Plumbing Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will accurately assess residential projects, prepare competitive estimates, and provide customers with clear, professional proposals. You'll play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying profitable opportunities and supporting our sales and service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate residential HVAC and plumbing projects, including repairs, replacements, and installations. Review blueprints, specifications, and service tickets to determine accurate labor, material, and equipment needs. Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for homeowners in a timely and professional manner. Communicate directly with customers to clarify project details and present estimates. Collaborate with field technicians and project managers to ensure accuracy in scope and pricing. Track and follow up on open estimates to increase close rates. Utilize ServiceTitan software to create and manage estimates, track opportunities, and update customer records. Maintain strong knowledge of products, materials, and current market pricing. Support sales initiatives and cross-sell HVAC and plumbing services when applicable.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in residential HVAC and/or plumbing estimating, sales, or related field. Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, plumbing components, and installation processes. Excellent communication and customer service skills. High attention to detail and organizational ability. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). ServiceTitan experience is a plus. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
