Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Plumbing Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives within the plumbing industry. Commission paid on top of salary amount Responsibilities Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and surpass sales goals through effective coaching, training, and performance management. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the plumbing sector, focusing on business development and market expansion. Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities through outside sales efforts. Manage key accounts by providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and offering tailored plumbing solutions. Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, analyze data, and generate reports for strategic planning. Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that promote plumbing products and services effectively. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that support long-term partnerships. Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in plumbing solutions. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales within the plumbing or related industries. Strong management skills with a track record of leading successful sales teams. Excellent negotiation, business development, and account management abilities. Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and analyzing sales data. Demonstrated technical sales expertise with a focus on plumbing products or solutions. Exceptional analysis skills to interpret market data and identify growth opportunities. Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, drive results, and foster a customer-centric approach. Outstanding customer service skills with a proactive attitude toward client satisfaction.
