Competitive, based on experience + benefits Hawk Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Plumbing Superintendent/Foreman to oversee new construction plumbing projects. We are a trusted provider of plumbing solutions, committed to quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Supervise and manage plumbing crews on new construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. Interpret and execute blueprints, plans, and specifications to meet project requirements. Schedule and coordinate daily tasks, materials, and manpower to meet project milestones. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with company standards, local codes, and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, general contractors, and team members to resolve any issues or concerns. Train and mentor plumbing team members to enhance skills and efficiency. Maintain project documentation, including progress reports, timekeeping, and change orders. Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing system issues during the construction process.Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in plumbing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (Superintendent or Foreman).Licenses/Certifications:
Must hold a valid plumbing license (Journeyman or Master Plumber).Skills:
Strong understanding of plumbing systems and installation practices commercial new construction. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and plumbing codes. Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and communication abilities to manage crews effectively.Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift heavy materials and equipment as needed. Comfortable working in various weather conditions and construction site environments.Other:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.OSHA 10/30
certification is a plus. Proficiency in project management software or basic computer skills is preferred.What We Offer:
