- Part-time Ascent Mountain Fitness is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented customer service professional to join our team.
Your roll will be to monitor front door entry and maintain guest services for our members and Resort guests. After office hours your shifts will involve janitorial work, pool chemical monitoring, and deep cleaning. Experience in office administration and customer service is required. This position requires a flexible schedule and the ability to work evening shifts. Our near full time Front Desk Agent shares responsibilities that include greeting clients as they arrive, executing new membership sales and proper paperwork, and the ability to learn multiple softwares and our point of sale system. rooms and informing them about the hotel's facilities. Responsibilities Provide an upscale guest service experiences for clients throughout their visit Ensure clients are properly greeted upon their arrival Monitor daily bookings and ensure guests are paid and or active members Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, including new member registration Promptly address guests' special requests, and needs Actively listen to and resolve complaints Ensure special guests, like disabled people, elderly, children and VIPs, receive personalized service. Coordinate and manage communication between your manager, maintenance staff, and guest services Work to build relationships with our many long standing member's and vacation owners Inform clients of our resort services, hours of operation, and local activities and unique company programs and offerings Promote all Athletic Club and Resort amenities and programs offered Recommend local tourist spots, including places to dine, shop and sight-see Establish friendly relationships with regular resort clients
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two years of college Proffered
- Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Knowledge of the use of a POS systems is a plus PM shift coverage is required Meticulous attention to detail Exceptional collaboration, guest relations, and communication skills Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
Physical Requirements:
Able to stand, stoop, bend, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds of weight and able to push and able to pull up to 150 pounds if needed Physically capable of standing and walking 90% of the work day
