You will be leading a construction crew of 2-3 employees. Olshan Foundation Repair has been around since 1933! Responsibilities:

Manage and train Crew Members in construction methods, operation of equipment, safety procedures and/or company. Supervise and perform foundation repair by installing polyurethane injections with careful consideration and precision. Interact with customers to ensure customer trust and understanding. Maximize customer satisfaction by explaining the foundation repair or polyurethane injection process. Communicate with managers, technical professionals, other departments, or contractors to coordinate projects and resolve problems. Examine and inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to ensure that specifications are met and make recommendations as necessary. Safely operate and properly maintain company vehicles, tools and equipment. Clean and prepare construction areas to eliminate possible hazards. Ensure proper cleanup of all work areas after each job is complete. Ensure that Olshan's policies and practices are implemented and followed according to the Employee & Safety Handbook. Follow oral and written instructions; communicate effectively with all employees. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Foundation Repair/Polyurethane Foam experience of 1-2 years is a must• Possess a valid driver's license and have an acceptable driving record. Ability to pass background requirements. Working weekends may be required; some travel. Dedicated to customer satisfaction and ability to adapt to customer needs. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Effectively communicate with supervisors and subordinates.
