    Fishing Guide on Lake Dillon and Fly Fishing
  • Join our team and share your passion for fishing while providing exceptional experiences for our customers on Lake Dillon and local rivers! We supply the boat and most of the gear; you bring your expertise and enthusiasm for fishing trips.
  • Key Requirements:
  • Experience working with children
  • Strong knowledge of fishing tackle and techniques
  • Prior boating experience is required
  • Prior fly fishing experience is required
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Season Details:

Responsibilities Conduct engaging pontoon fishing charters, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants, especially children. Guide fly fishing trips in the local rivers, teaching clients fly fishing skills and techniques Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Demonstrate effective communication skills while teaching fishing techniques and safety practices. Maintain first aid and CPR certifications, ready to respond to emergencies. Manage time efficiently to ensure timely departures and returns for each charter. Lead groups with enthusiasm, promoting teamwork and enjoyment throughout the fishing experience.
